1. Appointment Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, by phone, or in person. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Once payment is complete, your appointment is confirmed. Please review our Refund Policy below in the event of a cancellation.​
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines

To help us maintain an efficient scheduling system and accommodate all clients:​

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in a non-refundable charge.
- Similarly, if we cancel or need to reschedule your appointment, a full refund will be issued.

Notice Requirement: If you cancel more than 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a full refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

No-Shows: Failure to provide notice will result in a “no-show” status. The full treatment cost will be charged, potentially affecting future bookings.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Appointment & Service Refund Policy

Prepaid Appointments:

If you cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

If we cancel or reschedule your appointment, a full refund is automatically issued.

Packages and Gift Vouchers:

Refunds for packages, gift vouchers, or other products and services are generally not available if you change your mind after purchase.

Partially Used Services:

For services that have been partially rendered, you will be charged for the services provided plus a £15 administrative fee.

Special offers or discounted services that are partially used will incur the full service price plus the administrative fee.

Refund Request Process:

Include your name, appointment or purchase details, and your reason for cancellation.

Refund requests must be received at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to be considered.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3.2 Herbal Supplement Refund Policy
At Eternal Ayurveda, we take pride in providing herbal supplements crafted with the utmost care and traditional Ayurvedic wisdom. Our products are produced under strict quality control standards to support your holistic wellness journey. Please review the following guidelines for refunds related to these products:

Eligibility for Refunds:

If you receive a defective or mislabelled product, or if an item is damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind after purchase.

Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and include all accompanying materials.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Punctuality Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure the best possible experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled session at our discretion.
5. Therapist-Specific Therapy
At Eternal Ayurveda, your comfort is our priority:

Male therapists provide treatments exclusively for male clients.

Female therapists provide treatments exclusively for female clients.

We ask that you respect this policy at all times. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service to protect the safety and dignity of both our clients and our team.
6. Gift Voucher Policy
6.1 Purchase

Gift vouchers can be purchased online at www.eternalayurveda.co.uk, in person, or by phone.

Please provide the payee’s name, contact number, and purchase date.
-
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods.
6.2 Delivery

E-Vouchers: Delivered via email to the provided address.

Physical Vouchers: Issued in a gift-ready format when purchased in person.
6.3 Redemption

To redeem, present your voucher (either physical or digital, printed or on a mobile device) at reception. Failure to do so will result in full payment being required.

Vouchers may be partially redeemed, with any remaining balance applied toward future bookings.

Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, unless explicitly stated.
6.4 Expiry

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date as indicated on the voucher or accompanying documentation.

Expired vouchers are void, although in exceptional cases a one-time, one-month extension may be granted for a fee of £20, subject to approval.
6.5 Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Eternal Ayurveda is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please safeguard your voucher as you would cash.
6.6 Transferability

Vouchers are non-transferable and intended for use only by the individual whose name appears on the voucher.
7. Policy for Therapy Packages
7.1 Purchase and Redemption

When purchasing to enjoy our special packages, please provide the payee's name, contact number, and purchase date.
-
Appointments must be booked well in advance within the package’s validity period.
-
A valid membership card must be presented at each session; otherwise, full payment for the service will be required.
7.2 Cancellation policy for prepaid sessions
-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
-
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the full treatment cost will be charged, and the session will be forfeited.
-
Cancellations within 7 days of purchase will incur a £25 administration fee in addition to any charges for partially used services.
7.3 Package Validity and Extensions

3-Session Packages: Valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
-
6-Session Packages: Valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
-
No extensions are available; any unused sessions after the validity period will be considered void.
