Service detail

his treatment begins with a gentle and relaxing facial massage, designed to ease tension, improve circulation, and calm the mind. The massage prepares your body for the next stage: steam therapy. The soothing steam opens up your pores and nasal passages, helping to eliminate toxins and providing a sense of rejuvenation. Following the steam therapy, warm, herbal oils are skillfully applied through the nasal passages. This process, known in Ayurveda as "Nasya," is highly regarded for its effectiveness in addressing a wide range of issues. The oils are carefully selected to suit your unique needs, offering targeted relief while nourishing the delicate tissues within the nasal area. This holistic treatment can provide significant benefits for a variety of concerns, including persistent headaches, chronic sinusitis, migraines, and sleep disorders. It is also highly effective for relieving fatigue and promoting a sense of balance and well-being. By addressing both physical and mental discomfort, this therapy supports overall harmony within the body and mind.
