At Eternal Ayurveda, we offer online as well as in-person consultations at the clinic based in Cheltenham. An Ayurvedic consultation begins with an in-depth health assessment through Ayurvedic diagnostic factors, followed by advice on dietary and lifestyle changes and recommendations to establish your health goals and restore health.
